UPDATE ON MONDAY 17th MAY 2021 - With the Government emphasising the importance of the supply of construction materials in ensuring our country's homes and businesses are kept warm, dry and secure, The Metal Store has remained open online and using a collection service where it has been safe to do so.

We are currently open as normal for orders via our online store, telephone and email orders or enquiries, and any customer service queries.

Our telephone helplines are closed on a Saturday morning. Please email any queries to [email protected] and these will be answered as soon as possible.

Following the further easing of restrictions in the UK, we are also happy to announce that our trade counter has now re-opened for passing customers and trade, and customers can continue to collect online and telephone orders here too.

To protect our colleagues and customers, when visiting the trade counter we ask that you continue to exercise caution by following the current Government guidance that are in place.

Face covering:

You are still required to wear a face covering in indoor public settings, so you will still be required to wear your facemask, unless you're exempt in line with Government guidance. Please make sure that you wear your face covering correctly – covering your mouth and your nose.

Remaining 2 meters apart:

Please also ensure you're able to maintain a safe, 2 metre distance from other customers. If you are unable to do so, please wait until it is safe to do so before entering.

Wash your hands regularly:

We provide hand sanitiser at the trade counter which is available for customer use. Please apply this as you enter the trade counter.

For those customers that are collecting, a collection email and text will be sent to you once your order is ready. Please bring this with you as it contains your order number and ensure you do not visit the trade counter until you have received this, as your order will not be ready.
