How does our metal folding service work?
Metal folding is a way of transforming flat sheet metal into three-dimensional shapes by bending it along predetermined lines. Using specialised machines known as press brakes (MVD A135), we can deform the metal, creating the bent or folded form that you are searching for.

Setting up the press brake
From here, we’ll use our MVD A135 press brake. We load the chosen sheet metal into the brake with the bending tool set up based on the specific angles and geometry covered in the design.
Bending process
The press brake then applies force to the sheet metal at the predetermined bending points, causing the metal to fold and deform. We always ensure the sheet is properly positioned to ensure accurate bends.
