Powder coated products from The Metal Store
Our powder coating service can cover most materials. We stock a range of powder coated tubes that are ready to go, anything else will take approximately 1-3 weeks from ordering through to delivery.
Pre-powder coated tubes
We hold stock of both yellow (RAL 1023) and black (RAL 9005) powder coated tube, so it’s ready to ship straight to you. These have been coated to the highest standard, electrostatically sprayed onto the surface of our tubes before being cured in the curing oven.
Powder coated tube clamps
For an additional fee on your galvanised tube clamp fittings, we can coat them in a range of RAL colours to suit your project. We’ll remove all the grub screws ready for powder coating and supply those to you separately as part of your order.
Powder coating other materials
We can powder coat any metal or steel product that can withstand an electrostatic charge and has a high tolerance to heat due to the curing process the products are put through. This includes mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
