Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. Employees of The Metal Store and their affiliated companies, their immediate families, or agencies associated with the Promoter are not eligible to participate in this competition.
3. Draw Period: The “The Metal Store £250 voucher Draw" begins on 29th August 2020, right after the publication of the specific post on both the Facebook channel of @themetalstore and Instagram channel of @themetalstore1990 and ends on 4th September, 2020 12:00 GMT+1. Winner will be notified in the comments of the post and must accept the prize by contacting the @themetalstore1990 via direct message on either Facebook or Instagram and providing all the necessary information requested, within 48 hours of the notification.
4. If the Promoter does not hear from the winner within this period, The Metal Store reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant, who similarly will have 48 hours from time of receipt of notification within which to accept the prize. Winner will be announced on the 7th September.
5. Eligibility: Participation open those who are sixteen (16+) years of age or older at the time of entry.
6. How to Enter - The user can enter via either Facebook or Instagram by completing the following actions:
   Facebook
   The user must follow @themetalstore, like and share the competition post and tag 3 friends in the comment section during the period of the draw stated here above.
   Instagram
   The user must follow @themetalstore1990, share the post in their Instagram Story and tag @officialThe Metal Store, like the post & tag 3 friends in the comments during the period of the draw stated here above.
   All entries must be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules; no other method of entry into this draw will be permitted. By participating in the draw, you fully and unconditionally agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Metal Store, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the draw. You are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware that may be required in order to submit an entry.
7. This prize can only be redeemed online from The Metal Store.co.uk on a ‘Tube Clamp Kit’
8. For any reason this draw cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this draw, or if this draw is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, The Metal Store reserves the right to terminate it. If this draw is terminated before the original end date, The Metal Store will randomly select the prize winners from among all valid, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of termination of the draw.
9. Prize Selection, Announcement & Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winner notifications will begin on 7th September 2020 by The Metal Store replying to the winning comment under the draw post on either Facebook or Instagram. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the corresponding drawing. Decisions of The Metal Store and/or The Metal Store representative will be final and binding in all matters related to this draw. Entrants may be required to provide proof of eligibility in any manner The Metal Store deems appropriate as a condition of receiving a prize. The Metal Store is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Prizes are not transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, scalped, bartered, or otherwise sold.
10. Once the winner receives a notification of winning on Instagram, they will be asked further details so that The Metal Store can send the prize and inform on how to redeem. If the winner does not send his details within 48 hours, he will automatically lose the right to it.
11. Other Conditions of Participation: Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. No prize substitution or cash redemption will be allowed. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. The Metal Store is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the draw.
12. The Prize is returnable if you are not satisfied with your goods, please return them to us, in the original packaging, within 28 days. Please note that goods that have been used or assembled and items damaged through wear cannot be returned.
