Step by Step Guide

Poser table step 1

Step 1

Take the Wall Plate (131) and slide a length of galvanised tube 945mm into the fitting until it hits the bottom. Using the hex key, tighten the grubscrews on the fitting to the tube so it remains attached. Slide a Short Tee (101) down the tube so it is 120mm from the top of the tube and fasten. Add another Wall Plate (131) to the top of the tube so you complete your first Poser Table leg. Repeat this process 3 more times until all legs are complete.

Step 2

To join the legs together, take a length of tube 660mm long and slide another Short Tee (101) to the centre of the tube and tighten the grubscrew. Insert the tube inside the Short Tee (101) on each leg and fasten the grubscrews. Repeat on the other side. To join the two frames together, take the remaining length of tube at 600mm and insert inside the Short Tee (101) of each frame.

Step 3

Lay 4 lengths of scaffold board at 900mm on the floor so they all align with each other. Lay a length of scaffold board at 850mm across the 4 boards roughly 100mm from the edge and mirror on the opposite side. Secure each board using the screws provided so the table top is created.

Step 4

Lift the galvanised frame onto the scaffold board table top ensuring the frame is central and fix to the table top through the Wall Plates (131) using the screws provided. Finally go around the frame again and ensure all grubscrews are securely fastened to the tubes. You now have a completed Poser Table.
