Electrophoretic coating or painting is an industrial process which uses an electric field to deposit particles of paint onto a material, usually metal fabricated products.
This provides a consistent coating which is non-porous, is generally more environmentally friendly than alternative processes and also enables the insides of the clamps to be coated as well as the outside. The coating is water based and non-toxic which dries smooth.
The result is a smooth, semi-gloss finish.
We would recommend that these clamps are only used indoors.
Please note, due to the finish of both the Black and Powder Coated Tube, we are only able to supply these at the lengths stated on the website. We do not supply this cut-to-size.
